Performance vs Forecast Workshop - 25th Aug 2020

The new and improved Forecast and Funding Proposal Model was the subject of Tuesday's online workshop.  As well as the incredibly detailed, but easy to produce 5 Year 3 Way Forecast and if required, the Funding Proposal, the model has been enhanced to provide improved sensitivity analysis for both the Forecast and the Funding Proposal but the associated Performance vs Forecast Report stole the show.

As soon as the 5 Year 3 Way Forecast has been completed, you as your client's financial partner can now provide clients with management reporting and support that is incredibly valuable, in fact, without it effective management is all but impossible.
